Hosts on Windows

to set local urls (e.g. subdomains of localhost):

1. add url to the hosts file at:
   C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

2. add configuration to apache's virtual hosts config file at: D:\SKA-Docs\Blogging\XAMPPserver\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf
